Cause
An attempt was made to create or alter a blockchain or immutable table with idle retention greater than the days allowed by a user with no TABLE RETENTION privilege.
Action
For the table, choose the idle retention that is less than or equal to the allowed days or ask the security administrator to grant the TABLE RETENTION privilege.
